Extended Warranty Plan (EW) 

  • Additional of one (1) Year warranty from Standard Warranty period, excluding accessories. Terms and conditions apply.  
  • Purchase Eligibility: Within Standard Warranty period (within one-year from date of purchase)


Backglass Protection Plan (BG)

  • One-time cracked back glass replacement as a result of accidental damage within Standard Warranty period, excluding any other service parts & battery replacement. Terms and conditions apply.
  • RM 50 to be charged upon back glass replacement
  • Purchase Eligibility: Within 30-days from purchase date of SAMSUNG device


Outer Screen Protection Plan (OS)

  • One-time cracked outer screen replacement as a result of accidental damage within Standard Warranty period, excluding any other service parts & battery replacement. Terms and conditions apply.
  • RM 100 to be charged upon outer screen replacement
  • Purchase Eligibility: Within 30-days from purchase date of SAMSUNG device


Theft Cover Combo Plan 

  • One-time phone replacement for robbery and snatch theft incident. Theft cover combo includes EW, Outer Screen (OS) and Back Glass (BG) Protection. Remaining EW, OS and BG Protection will be transferred to the replacement device (new unit). Terms and conditions apply.
  • One time service fee of RM 50 to be charged upon back glass replacement
  • One time service fee of RM 100 to be charged upon outer screen replacement
  • One time service fee RM 2,000 to be charged upon phone replacement for theft claim
  • Purchase Eligibility: Within 30-days from purchase date of SAMSUNG device


WarrantyPlus Programme is limited and only valid in Malaysia, and only sold by selected SAMSUNG Experience Stores and Authorized SAMSUNG Service Centre. The Programme does not cover or include any international service or device. 


This WarrantyPlus programme is supported by all Authorized SAMSUNG Service Centres who use SAMSUNG original parts for repair and replacement service.
